High-intensity support /complex care

Some of the specialised services provided by our team are as follows but not limited to:
- Tracheostomy care plan.
- Ventilator management.
- Complex and simple dressing.
- BGL monitoring and administering of oral diabetic medications and insulins.
- Administering all forms of medication and treatment as per Disorders.
- Enteral feeds e.g. PEG feed , NGT feeds.
- Catheter care e.g. IDC care, SPC care.
- Stomach care/ managing incontinence.
- Management of severe dysphagia.
Palliative care services
Family nurses and carers are committed to approaching this interdisciplinary caregiving whose aim is to optimise quality of life and reduce suffering among individuals with terminal illnesses.
- Providing 24/ 7 individualised pressure area care.
- Assit with showering / bed baths and grooming.
- Assist with feeding ensuring the correct position is maintained.
- Assist with bowel management plans.
- Ensure client and family are fully involved in the planning and execution of care where applicable.
- We empathise and show kindness to clients family during these trying moments.
Providing domestic services
This involves undertaking essential household tasks that the client is unable to do. Our cares are well trained to deal with the needs of every client and maintain a clean environment whilst providing care. They can assist with:
- Cleaning ,Vacuuming and mobbing the floors.
- Cleaning and dusting of furniture and windows.
- Cleaning and tidying up the kitchen and emptying the bins/ garbage.
- Performing laundry duties.
- Assist with shopping and unpacking of same.
- Preparing meals where applicable.
Accommodation
Family nurses and cares will provide you with accommodation that suits your needs. Our houses are well designed to accommodate various clients such as those seeking.

Mental health care and support
Our team provides 24/7 support from registered mental health nurses and support workers with extensive knowledge in this speciality. We have tailored solutions to help clients manage their situations to overcome challenges and live a productive life.

Assistance with acivity of daily living 24/7
- Assist with mobility and transferring. For example assist client from moving in and out of bed or chair.
- Help with personal grooming like showering and dressing.
- Help with inserting of Aids for example hearing aids and dentures.
- Assist in implementing bowel care plan where applicable.
- Assist with organising and attending appointments.
- Assist clients in engaging with social activities of their choice and/or interest.
Transport/Travel arrangements
